What is the best way to transfer a title of a car over?
Q. I just purchased a vehicle from a family member and we are wanting to avoid the most amount of taxes as possible. I have heard to say it's a gift and you won't be charged any sales tax but then someone told me if you do that then there is a fee. Is this true? Also have heard to say he sold the car to me for $1 then the sales tax would be minimal. We live in Texas and any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

A. I sort of had the same situation. If you say it's a gift you must go to the county clerks office and get a gift form and have it notarized. From there your family member can sign the title over as well as the gift form and you will only have to pay for the tags of the vehicle.

How do I cash in money from a grey National savings Investments account?
Q. I have recently found a very old a grey National Savings Investment Account booklet with quite a bit of money it which hasn't been touched since 1989. The post office were remarkably unhelpful and just gave me a booklet on applying for a current investments account. The booklet does say i need to send it off to get the interest calculated. But then it does say all information was correct at time of printing in 1987 so i wouldn't really trust that any more.

How do you mute the low E string on a guitar without using your thumb?
Q. Is there a way to mute the top string without using my thumb? I'm learning a song that is made entirely of chords that skip the low E string, and my hand is too small for my thumb to reach all the way around the neck of the guitar. Does anyone know a trick that will mute the E string without having to put fingers over it? Also, if it makes any difference, the song I'm playing has a capo on the 2nd fret. Please help!

Q. I sent my resume to a company who had a job posted in the paper a few days ago. They wanted resumes either faxed or emailed and did not provide a phone number. I checked the box for a read receipt so when mine was read, I knew it was received and by whom. Is it too soon to ask for an interview? A. When pass , use your inner part of your foot, and when shooting, you can use inner part or outer part or just your sole of your foot... just dont toe poke, you might score but you also have a risk of breaking your toe... trust me...
