Typically, it also includes to whom the position reports, specifications such as the qualifications needed by the person in the job, salary range for the position, etc. A job description is usually developed by conducting a job analysis, which includes examining the tasks and sequences of tasks necessary to perform the job. The analysis looks at the areas of knowledge and skills needed by the job. Note that a role is the set of responsibilities or expected results associated with a job. A job usually includes several roles. The job description might be broadened to form a person specification. An alternate terminology used under the UN system is Terms of reference (TOR). PurposeThe objective of a job description is to have a clear outline of duties and responsibilities to make the screening process as direct and focused as possible. Market Researchers, developer and planners. Lawyers and para-legals will do it for you also. But so can a good entrepreneur. This is a very good idea to get done, however very very costly. This is something you would do if you had a bit of money to buy a franchise but not sure as to where would be a good place to put it, and you need this information for the bank to approve you for a loan. If this is not the case I would not spend the money or time to do this. This can easily become a 10K thing.
